My name is Rachel Lawrence and I am delighted to serve as the Head of Early Years at CIS this academic year.

I believe every child enters the world with a sense of wonder, curiosity and endless possibility. These are the years where children begin to discover their relationship with learning and the world around them. The years filled with imagination, exploration and countless moments of growth, where every question asked, idea shared and challenge overcome helps shape the person they are becoming.

Creating an environment where children feel encouraged to explore, express themselves and develop the confidence to think independently is at the heart of the Early Years community. Through meaningful experiences and opportunities for discovery, we hope to nurture not only curious learners but also kind, creative and compassionate individuals who carry a lifelong love for learning.
