As Primary Teaching & Learning Lead at Cambridge International School Dubai, I draw on my experience as an Early Years Teacher, Head of Year and Instructional Coach, bringing a strong belief in the power and possibilities of teaching and learning.

Central to my role is developing our Teach Like a GEM approach, empowering teachers to create engaging, inclusive classrooms where every child is challenged, supported and inspired to thrive.

My Early Years experience brings a strong focus on building solid foundations from the very beginning of every child’s learning journey. I believe great teaching and high expectations can unlock every learner’s potential.

Our Primary team already demonstrates genuine strengths in how we plan, teach and support one another, and together we are building on these strengths to help every classroom go from strength to strength.

Our aim is to keep excellent teaching, high expectations, and a genuine love of learning at the heart of every classroom — inspiring teachers and learners alike to discover just how far their potential can take them.
