Jyothi Jose Joseph

My passion for education has always been driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children. I joined Cambridge International School, Dubai, in 2016 and have had the privilege of serving in several leadership roles, including Primary Curriculum Leader for Mathematics, STEM Coordinator, and Counselling Coach. I am delighted to now serve as the Deputy Head of Primary.

With over 10 years of experience across primary, secondary, and post-16 education, I have developed expertise in curriculum leadership, pastoral care, safeguarding, teacher development, and school improvement. I hold a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership and a Master of Science in Mathematics and was honoured to receive the International STEM Outstanding Teacher Award in recognition of my commitment to innovation and excellence in education.

I firmly believe that every child has the potential to thrive when nurtured in a supportive, inclusive, and inspiring environment. As Deputy Head of Primary, I am passionate about creating a culture where every child feels safe, known, and valued, while working in partnership with staff and families to help every learner flourish both academically and personally.
