As KS2 Phase Leader at GEMS Cambridge International School, I am passionate about creating an environment where every child feels inspired, supported, and challenged to achieve their full potential. Since joining the school in 2013, I have been fortunate to serve as Learning Manager, Head of Year 5, and Primary Science Curriculum Leader, experiences that have shaped my approach to both academic and pastoral leadership.
With over 20 years of experience in education, including 13 years in the UAE, together with an NPQSL and a Master’s in Educational Leadership, I am committed to empowering teachers through collaboration, fostering curiosity, and inspiring a lifelong love of learning in every child. I truly believe that every child deserves a champion who believes in their potential and inspires them to dream, discover, and achieve.
