I am Sophie, an experienced educator and school leader with over 11 years of experience working in schools across the UK, Thailand and the UAE. I have taught English and Creative Arts within the British curriculum and am passionate about helping students grow in confidence, develop a love of learning and achieve their personal best.
Before becoming Phase Leader, I was Head of Creative Arts at Cambridge International School, leading Drama, Music, Art and Media. I have also held leadership responsibilities within English, supporting curriculum development, teaching and learning, assessment and student progress. My commitment to school leadership led me to complete the NPQSL.
As Phase Leader, I work closely with students, teachers and families to support strong academic progress. I believe students thrive when they feel known, supported and encouraged to aim high, and I am committed to creating a positive and inclusive phase where every student can flourish.
