Shana Manoj

As an experienced and committed educational leader, I have 18 years of expertise in primary education, with a strong track record of leading high-quality teaching, curriculum development and pastoral provision. Throughout my career, I have held a range of leadership positions, including Pastoral Lead, Head of Year 6, Primary English Curriculum Lead, Cambridge University PDQ Mentor, and Counselling Coach. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead strategic school improvement initiatives, develop high-quality teaching and learning, and promote a culture of collaboration, wellbeing and excellence across the school community.

I am passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed. I believe strong relationships, high expectations and excellent pastoral care are key to helping children thrive academically and personally.

Throughout my career, I have led curriculum initiatives that inspire curiosity, engagement and a love of learning, while working collaboratively with colleagues and families to achieve the best outcomes for students. As KS1 Phase Leader, I look forward to contributing to the school's continued success by promoting high standards, positive relationships and opportunities for every child to flourish.
