Reema Mughis

I joined Cambridge International School in 2008 and have built my career around teaching and learning, curriculum development, and professional learning, working as a coach, teacher trainer, and leader across a range of roles. Over the years, I have served as Head of Secondary English, Secondary Teaching and Learning Lead, Instructional Coach, and CIE Professional Development Qualifications Programme Leader.

I hold a master’s degree in English, a PGCE, and the NPQSL qualification.

Throughout my time at CIS, I have been committed to strengthening classroom practice, developing a coherent and engaging curriculum, and supporting collaborative professional learning.

I value critical thinking, effective communication, and creativity as essential skills for learners in a rapidly changing world. As Phase Leader for Key Stage 4, I look forward to continuing these efforts, working closely with colleagues to enhance teaching, learning, and outcomes for all students.
