Phase Leader Key Stage 5
For the past 15 years, Cambridge International School Dubai has been a very important part of my life. I have had the opportunity to grow alongside the school, taking on responsibilities as Science Faculty Leader and Curriculum Leader, but what has always mattered most to me is the people I have met along the way — especially the students.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of seeing students grow from young, sometimes uncertain learners into confident young adults with their own goals, personalities and ambitions. These experiences have shaped the way I see education.
As I take on my new role as KS5 Phase Leader, I want to work closely with students, staff and families, creating an open and supportive environment where we can celebrate successes, learn from challenges and work together when things don't go to plan.
Ultimately, I want our students to leave CIS with more than just good results. I want them to leave with confidence in who they are, a willingness to keep learning, and the ambition to pursue their goals and make a positive contribution to the world beyond CIS.
