Nishrin Ghasia

As an educator and Head of Year, I am passionate about supporting students to grow both academically and personally.

Teaching Senior School Mathematics has shaped my analytical and reflective approach, while my pastoral role has given me the opportunity to understand students beyond their academic performance. I believe in knowing my students well, recognising their strengths, understanding the challenges they may face and guiding them to become more confident and independent. Building positive relationships with students and maintaining strong partnerships with parents and colleagues are an important part of my approach.

I aim to create an environment where students feel supported and valued, but are also challenged to take responsibility for their learning, wellbeing and personal growth.
