Neha Mehta

With over 20 years of experience in education in Dubai, I have had the opportunity to develop my experience in both teaching and leadership. I hold a Master’s degree in English, a Bachelor of Education and the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL). In my role as an MSCS Subject Faculty Leader, I have also had the opportunity to develop my experience in curriculum leadership, teaching and learning, and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Throughout my career, I have seen the importance of creating an environment where students feel supported, included, and appropriately challenged. As Head of Year at CIS, I look forward to contributing to a positive and inclusive year group experience.

I value positive relationships, high expectations, and open communication, and look forward to working alongside students, parents, and colleagues to support students throughout the school year.
