Xylia Nazareth

Computing Coordinator for Primary

I am Xylia Nazareth, and I am delighted to serve as the Computing Coordinator for Primary at Cambridge International School – Dubai.

My journey as an educator has been driven by a passion for creating engaging learning experiences and empowering pupils to become confident, independent, and curious learners. I hold a Master’s Degree in Technology along with a professional certification in Education, bringing together my background in technology and my passion for teaching and learning. My experience as a primary educator has strengthened my belief in creating purposeful and engaging learning opportunities that encourage pupils to explore, think critically, collaborate, and develop confidence in their abilities.

In my role as Computing Coordinator, I am passionate about developing pupils’ skills in computing, digital literacy, coding, computational thinking, and online safety. At CIS, we are committed to providing our pupils with meaningful opportunities to develop these essential skills, enabling them to become confident, creative, and responsible users of technology. I am proud to be part of a school community that embraces innovation and prepares pupils for an ever-evolving digital world.

I am particularly passionate about contributing to this vision by inspiring young learners to explore technology with curiosity, think critically, solve problems creatively, and grow into responsible digital citizens.
