Sophie Morfett

My name is Sophie Morfett. I have a decade of experience in education and a background in theatre and performance. Previously, I have worked as a Head of English and taught English across secondary levels. Now, as Head of Creative Arts (Drama, Art, Music and Media) at Cambridge International School, I am in a role that combines all my passions. I am deeply committed to fostering creativity and inspiring a love for the arts in students. With my industry and educational experience, I aim to develop and enhance the arts curriculum, ensuring it becomes a vibrant and integral part of the school’s identity. I believe in holistic student development and understand that the arts play a crucial role in nurturing critical thinking, collaboration, and emotional intelligence, preparing students to excel in an ever-evolving world.
