Curriculum Leader English

My journey with CIS began in 2011 when I joined as a Year 4 homeroom teacher. Over the years, I have had the privilege of taking on a variety of leadership roles, including Head of Year 6 and Faculty Leader for Moral, Social, and Cultural Studies in Primary. Currently, I serve as the Primary English Curriculum Leader and a PDQ (Professional Development Qualifications, Cambridge University) mentor, guiding colleagues in their pursuit of excellence in teaching and learning. Additionally, I am proud to contribute as a Counselling Coach, working closely with the CIS Counselling Department to support the well-being and growth of our students.

CIS has been a cornerstone of my professional growth, offering a rich and rewarding learning experience that has continually inspired me to set high standards for myself and for our school. As I proudly step into my 15th year, I feel deeply honored to be an integral part of the CIS community. I am especially grateful for the opportunity to work alongside passionate colleagues who challenge and support one another in the pursuit of meaningful learning. The trust placed in me to lead, guide and grow with this community is something I hold with great pride and responsibility.

I look forward to continuing this journey with renewed energy, unwavering dedication and a heart full of gratitude.
