Jyothi Jose Joseph

I am an enthusiastic educator, leader and counselling coach dedicated to nurturing both the academic success and emotional wellbeing of students. I currently serve as the Primary Curriculum Leader for Mathematics  and STEM Coordinator at CIS. In these roles, I lead curriculum development, support teachers through professional development, and ensure that our teaching practices meet the highest standards. Alongside my leadership in Mathematics and STEM, I serve as a counselling coach at CIS, where I prioritise the wellbeing of all students, ensuring that their growth is balanced with care, empathy and guidance.

Academically, I hold a Masters of Education in Instructional Leadership and a Masters of Science in Mathematics. I was also honoured with the International STEM Outstanding Teacher Award, a recognition that inspires me to continue championing innovation and excellence in education. Over the years, I have gained rich teaching and leadership experience across primary, secondary, and post-16. This breadth of experience allows me to connect with students at different stages of their academic journey and support them in achieving success both inside and outside the classroom.

I believe that every child has the potential to thrive when nurtured in a supportive, inclusive, and inspiring environment. My goal as an educator is not only to equip students with knowledge but also to empower them with confidence, resilience, and a love for lifelong learning.
