Kavitha Mohanram

My name is Kavitha, and I am currently working at Cambridge International School, Dubai, as a Business faculty. I teach Business, Accounting and BTEC Business Teacher from Year 9 to Year 13. I hold an MBA in Finance and an M.Com, along with a UK Level 6 KHDA-approved teaching qualification.

With 17 years of professional experience across various fields—financial operations, administration, and teaching—I have developed a diverse skill set. This includes 2 years of experience in banking as a Marketing Executive in Dubai, and over 10 years of dedicated teaching in Business and Accounting at CIS, Dubai.

I am passionate about research and continuously learning new skills. I often share my favourite quote, 'If you believe in yourself, anything is possible,' with my students to inspire confidence and perseverance. My strengths include being hardworking, responsible, organized and punctual, qualities that I value in both my personal and professional life. I am proud and honored to serve as a Teacher Representative on the Local Advisory Board, where I can contribute to the school's growth and success.
