Hi my name is Uzair Zaheer, to me a leader needs to have two characteristics to be effective: approachability and sense of humor. These two attributes are pillars for charisma which is needed for any successful leader and I like to think I have them. I plan on developing the school as much as I can in the year ahead and look forward to working with you all this year.
